摘要: 本文综述了视网膜静脉阻塞、糖尿病视网膜病变、葡萄膜炎等疾病导致的黄斑水肿在微视野检查时黄斑视网膜敏感度的变化。在这些疾病导致的黄斑水肿时,黄斑中央视网膜厚度、视网膜结构完整性、黄斑区无灌注范围及血管密度与黄斑视网膜敏感度密切相关,同时,激光治疗和不同药物治疗对黄斑视网膜敏感度影响也存在明显差异。提示通过微视野测量黄斑视网膜敏感度可为患者提供更加精确化的治疗。

Abstract: The review discusses changes in macular retinal sensitivity during microperimetry for conditions such as retinal vein occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, and uveitis leading to macular edema. In these cases, macular central retinal thickness, retinal structural integrity, the extent of non-perfusion in the macular region, and vascular density are closely related to macular retinal sensitivity. Additionally, there are notable differences in the impact of laser therapy and various drug treatments on macular retinal sensitivity. This implies that measuring the macular retinal sensitivity by microperimatry can provide more precise treatment for patients.
