脉络膜厚度和血流改变与青少年近视发生发展的关系

摘要: 儿童脉络膜厚度会随年龄增长而增厚,但随眼轴长度增长而变薄,在个体的发育过程中眼轴的增长情况与屈光状态二者间的相关性较强,若患者的眼轴相对较长时,发生近视的风险性将大大提高。本文总结脉络膜厚度及脉络膜血管指数在近视青少年群体中的变化规律、分子机制及临床阈值,发现近视青少年在近视进展过程中,脉络膜厚度变薄,同时脉络膜血管指数度降低,推测二者可作为青少年近视防控针对性的生物学标志物。

Abstract: Children's choroidal thickness (ChT) increases with age but decreases with axial elongation. During ocular development, axial length growth is strongly correlated with refractive status, and a relatively longer axial length significantly increases the risk of myopia onset. This review focuses on the patterns of change, molecular mechanisms, and clinical thresholds of choroidal thickness (ChT) and choroidal vascularity index (CVI) in myopic adolescents. It is observed that during myopia progression in adolescents, ChT diminishes alongside a reduction in CVI. These parameters may therefore serve as specific biomarkers for targeted prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents.
