青光眼视神经保护的研究进展

摘要:

探索基于视神经保护的有效治疗药物和方法是青光眼研究领域的热点。青光眼视神经损伤涉及神经营养因子剥夺、细胞内钙升高、氧化应激等多环节异常。在合理的理论框架下开展视神经保护的临床转化研究,可望为人类青光眼提供新的有效治疗手段。

Abstract:

The development of therapeutic drugs and methods based on optic neuroprotection is a hot spot in glaucoma. Glaucomatous optic nerve damage involves multifactorial abnormity including neurotrophic factor deprivation, calcium overload and oxidative stresss. To carry out clinical translational researches on optic neuroprotection within a coherent framework are expected to provide novel effective therapeutic tools for glaucoma.
