细胞衰老在眼表疾病中的研究进展

摘要: 细胞衰老是指细胞生理功能的衰减,包括增生能力下降、细胞周期停滞、细胞凋亡、衰老相关基因表达增加等现象。近年来随着人们对衰老的进一步认识及细胞衰老检测方法的不断补充与升级,为临床治疗衰老相关性疾病提供了新思路和新方法。目前发现眼表的诸多疾病与衰老相关,如干眼症、睑板腺功能障碍、结膜松弛症、Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良、翼状胬肉与睑裂斑等,提示眼表疾病可从细胞衰老的角度来进一步认识及诊治。

Abstract: Cell senescence refers to the attenuation of cell physiological functions, including phenomena such as decreased proliferation capacity, cell cycle arrest, cell apoptosis, and increased expression of senescence\|related genes. In recent years, with people's further understanding of aging and the continuous supplement and upgrade of cell aging detection methods, new ideas and new methods have been provided for clinical treatment of aging\|related diseases. At present, many ocular surface diseases are found to be related to aging, such as dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction, conjunctiochalasis, Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy, pterygium and pinguecula. It suggests that the ocular surface diseases can be further understood, diagnosed and treated from the perspective of cell senescence.
