摘要: 【摘要】基质信号蛋白CCN1又名富半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cysteine rich 61, Cyr61),是基质蛋白(CCN)家族成员中第一个被克隆,由生长因子诱导产生的富含半胱氨酸的分泌性肝素连接蛋白。作为一种重要的细胞基质调节因子,CCN1/Cyr61在细胞黏附、增生、迁移、分化以及胚胎发育、 血管生成、 伤口修复、 炎症反应、 肿瘤的发生发展等生理病理过程中发挥了重要的作用。近年研究发现CCN1/Cyr61参与了视网膜病理性的血管新生、 增生及纤维化过程,与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展密切相关。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36:379-382)

Abstract: 【Abstract】The extracellular matrixassociated signaling protein CCN1, also named Cyr61, is the first cloned member of CCN family, which is identified as a secreted, cysterinerich, heparin binding protein induced by growth factors. As an important regulator in extracellular matrix (ECM), it has been shown to mediate functions as diverse as cell adhesion, proliferation, migration, adhesion and differentiation. It also plays vital roles in many complex processes, such as angiogenesis, wound repair, inflammation and tumorigenesis. Resent studies have found that CCN1/Cyr61 involved in the process of neovascularization, proliferation and fibration of the retina and is correlated with the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy.
