摘要: 【摘要】随着组织工程技术和细胞工程技术的不断发展,组织工程角膜的研究已经取得一定进展,其中体外培养角膜内皮细胞技术的成熟为组织工程角膜内皮移植奠定了基础。通过将不同来源的角膜内皮种子细胞种植于合适的载体上得到重构的角膜内皮,应用其取代失代偿角膜内皮细胞,这种技术的成熟将会为角膜内皮损害而致盲患者带来新的希望。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36:  416-421)

Abstract: 【Abstract】With the development of tissue engineering and cell engineering, the studies of tissueengineered cornea have made great progress. Technique of corneal endothelial cells culturing in vitro lays a solid foundation for tissue engineering corneal endothelial transplantation. The maturity of the technique to replace decompensated corneal endothelial cells with the reconstructed, including to  plant the different sources of corneal endothelial seed cells in a suitable biomaterialscaffold, will bring new hope for patients with corneal endothelial related blindness.
