摘要: 糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)确切的发病机制尚不清楚。有研究认为,细胞因子可增加单核细胞和内皮细胞黏附的过程,进而引起视网膜毛细血管炎症反应,是DR发生发展的关键因素。本文就多种细胞因子,如血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、色素上皮衍生因子等在DR中的作用进行综述。

Abstract: Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a progressive visionthreatening complication of diabetes mellitus. Its exact pathogenic mechanism is still less clear. Recent studies showed that it may be associated with various cytokines. Cytokines can cause induction of proinflammatory and adhesion molecules, and thereby increase monocyteendothelial cell adhesion, which is now accepted as the key event in the development of diabetic retinopathy. Herein, the functions of many cytokines, such as vascuIar endothelial growth factor, tumor necrosis factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, and pigment epitheliumderived factors, etc.,  in the pathogenesis of DR are summarized in this paper.
