摘要: 与传统的时域OCT相比,谱域OCT(spectral domain\|OCT, SDOCT)的扫描速度快,分辨率高,能分辨视网膜尤其是外层视网膜内的细微病变。玻璃体视网膜手术前,SDOCT扫描可以提供病变视网膜的细节及局部立体结构信息,有助于手术方案的制定;术后SDOCT对视网膜尤其是IS/OS连接层的观察有助于判断视力预后。

Abstract: Spectral domain OCT (SDOCT) has faster scanning speed and higher resolution than traditional timedomain OCT. It can distinguish the subtle lesions in the retina especially outer retina. It may provide a local configuration details before vitreoretinal surgery and help to raise the plan of the operation; after surgery, following up with SDOCT is helpful to determine the visual outcome by observation of outer retina.
