现代新式辅助器械在晶状体半脱位手术治疗中的应用

摘要: 长期以来晶状体半脱位的手术治疗因为囊袋稳定性较差而无法安全有效地行囊袋内后房型人工晶状体(IOL)植入,从而影响术后治疗效果。近年来经典囊袋张力环、改良型囊袋张力环、囊袋张力带、封闭可折叠型囊袋环、虹膜拉钩以及囊袋锚等多种新式辅助器械出现并广泛应用。这些辅助器械通过差异化作用机制在术中可稳定脱位的晶状体,保护囊袋,减少悬韧带进一步损伤,减少囊袋破裂等并发症出现几率;术后有助于维持IOL居中性、预防囊袋收缩、减少后发性白内障的发生等,从而为晶状体半脱位手术治疗提供了更多选择。(国际眼科纵览, 2013, 37:317-321)

Abstract: Due to the instability of capsular bag, it has been a great challenge for  ophthalmologists to implant posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) in bag with efficiency and safety to deal with patient with subluxated lenses. Thus, some disadvantages may affect the effect of operation. In recent years, the appearance and widely use of novel auxiliary apparatus including, capsular tension rings, modified capsular tension rings, capsular tension segments, iris retractors and capsular anchor, which could protect capsular by different mechanisms to stable the subluxated lens, reduce further damage of ligaments and occurrence of crack of capsular in surgery, as well as keep IOL in center, decrease the shrinkage of capsular to prevent opacity of posterior capsule after surgery. All in all, they offer more choices for lens subluxation surgery.   (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2013, 37: 317-321)
