摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)成为现今种子细胞研究关注的热点,是因为BMSC取材方便,可通过穿刺获得,创伤小,取材后并发症少,细胞培养增生快,在体内外特定环境下具有多向分化潜能等优点。近年来大多研究关注的是BMSC的分离培养鉴定、诱导分化、生物学特征、归巢机制及全身难治性疾病的治疗,而对于BMSC的免疫调节机制方面的研究还处于起步阶段,尤其是免疫调节在眼科疾病的应用方面。

Abstract: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have become the core of the research on seed cells. The cells can be obtained by puncturing conveniently. It brings little injury and less complications in the process of the puncture. In addition, the cells can be cultured easily and proliforate rapidly. In vivo and in vitro, it has the advantages of multi-directional differentiation potential under the specific environment. In recent years, most researches focused on the identification and cultivation,  differentiation,  biological characteristics,  and homing mechanism of BMSCs and its application of the treatment of refractory diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus,     myelodysplastic syndrome, femoral head necrosis, etc.). However, the research on the immune regulation mechanism of BMSCs is still on a preliminary stage, especially its application in ophthalmopathy.
