摘要: 外伤性视网膜病变是临床常见的视网膜疾病,是眼部外伤特别是机械性眼外伤后导致视力下降的主要原因。近年来出现和发展的新的检查方法如相干光断层扫描技术和自适应光学扫描眼底成像系统等为这一类疾病提供了更多有价值的诊断和评估预后的信息;手术和药物治疗方法不断改进,如微创玻璃体手术技术和抗VEGF药物的使用等,治疗效果不断提高, 使许多即使遭受严重外伤的患眼得以拯救。

Abstract: Traumatic retinopathy is the common complication of ocular trauma mainly in blunt ocular trauma and one of the main cause of vision loss. In the recent years, ophthalmic examinations such as optic coherence tomography (OCT) and adaptive optics scanning ophthalmoscope (AOSO) have revealed more valuable information for the diagnosis and prognosis of traumatic retinopathy. Meanwhile medication and surgical techniques, including small-gauge vitrectomy and anti-VEGF drugs, have become more refined and effective. So it is now unusual that an eye cannot be saved, even following severe ocular injury.
