摘要:

年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD),是发达国家50岁以上人群常见的致盲眼病。近年来包括血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子-α、转化生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶、胰岛素样生长因子1、血管生成素、血小板衍生生长因子、肝细胞生长因子等的细胞因子在渗出型AMD病程中的作用得到了较为深入的研究。这些细胞因子在促进新生血管形成、慢性炎症及纤维化进程中发挥重要作用,对其作用机制的研究可能为AMD新的治疗靶点提供线索。(国际眼科纵览,2015,39:327.332)

Abstract:

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is one of the most common causes of blindness in 50 year-old or more patients in the developed country. While the pathogenesis is complicated, many cytokines are involved in wet AMD pathogenesis, such as vascular endothelial growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, tumor necrosis factor-α, transforming growth factor, matrix metalloproteinases, insulin-like growth factor 1, angiopoietin, platelet derived growth factor and hepatocyte growth factor, which play important roles in promoting angiogenesis, inflammation and fibrosis. Action mechanisms investigations on those associated cytokines may represent potential therapeutic targets for AMD.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2015,39:327.332)
