摘要: 增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)是引起视网膜脱离手术失败及复发的常见原因,其病理生理机制复杂。本文对目前报道的转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)相关MAPK、Notch、Akt、BMP、RhoA/ROCK、PKA、JAK/STAT等信号通路在PVR中的研究进展加以综述,阐述其在PVR形成中的重要作用,从而为临床治疗提供新思路。(国际眼科纵览,2020, 45:459-封三)

Abstract: Proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) is a common cause of failure and recurrence of retinal detachment surgery. The pathophysiological mechanism of PVR is complex, and TGF-β-mediated signaling pathway network plays an important role in the formation of PVR. In this paper, we reviewed the progress of TGF-β -mediated MAPK, Notch, Akt, BMP, RhoA/ROCK, PKA, and JAK/STAT signaling pathways in PVR, and illustrate their important roles in the formation of PVR, so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment.
