摘要: 间歇性外斜视(intermittent exotropia,IXT)是我国儿童常见的斜视类型,其与近视进展的关系近年来受到广泛关注。现有研究表明,IXT患儿因调节-集合失衡、融合功能异常及视觉输入不稳定等因素,可能在生物学层面影响眼轴发育,从而参与近视发生与进展过程。然而,围绕IXT是否影响近视进展的临床研究结果尚不一致,部分证据提示IXT可能加速近视进展,而另一些研究则认为其影响不显著。总体来看,IXT合并近视的发生发展是多因素交互作用的结果。本文旨在系统综述IXT对儿童近视进展的影响及其相关机制。

Abstract: Intermittent exotropia (IXT) is a common type of strabismus in children in China, and the relationship between IXT and myopia progression has received widespread attention in recent years. Existing studies suggest that children with IXT may experience imbalanced accommodation-convergence, abnormal fusion function, and unstable visual input, which could biologically influence axial elongation and thereby contribute to the onset and progression of myopia. However, clinical findings on whether IXT affects myopia progression remain inconsistent. Some evidence indicates that IXT may accelerate myopia progression, while other studies suggest its effects are not significant. Overall, the development and progression of myopia in the context of IXT result from multifactorial interactions. This article aims to provide a systematic review of the impact of IXT on myopia progression in children and the underlying mechanisms.
