Application of optical coherence tomography angiography in postoperative follow-up of rheogenic retinal detachment

摘要: 孔源性视网膜脱离(rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,RRD)主要通过手术治疗,术后大部分患者可以达到解剖复位,但视力提高往往不明显。相干光断层扫描血管成像(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)可观察患者黄斑区中心凹无血管区面积、黄斑区视网膜脉络膜血流密度及视盘周围毛细血管密度,动态随访RRD患者术后视网膜脉络膜及视盘微血管变化,对RRD患者视功能的分析和预测具有重要的指导价值。(国际眼科纵览,2023, 47:493-497)

Abstract: Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) is mainly treated by surgery, and anatomical reattachment can be achieved in most patients after surgery, but the visual improvement is often not obvious. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) can observe the area of foveal avascular zone in the fovea of macular, the vessels density of retinochoroid in macular area and the capillary density around optic disc. Dynamic follow-up of postoperative choroidal and optic disc microvascular changes has important guiding value for the analysis and prediction of visual function in patients with RRD.
