摘要： 微信这一社交软件既能解决眼科临床教学的难题，又克服了传统互联网的不足，通过教学信息及时发布、典型病例实时教学、上下级医师间实时沟通和疑难病例远程会诊四方面发挥作用，为上下级医师构建高效的沟通渠道，有利地推动眼科临床教学的开展。
