3D动画模拟技术在SMILE手术培训中的应用

摘要:

随着全飞秒激光小切口角膜基质内透镜取出术(small incision lenticule extraction,SMILE)在临床上的成功应用,该项技术亟待普及,但由于SMILE手术技术学习曲线较长,对医生手术技巧要求较高,如不能顺利完成手术,往往造成患者视力不良,出现难以矫正的并发症而导致众多学员对此技术的学习望而却步。传统教学方式无法直观显示角膜的空间组织结构。通过制作三维动画模拟技术教学软件可突破视觉的限制,细致生动地再现此手术详细的手术过程及角膜的空间解剖层次,使学员深入理解并利于掌握这项手术技术,取得良好的教学效果。(眼科,2018, 27: 310-311)

Abstract:

 With the success and development of small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) , its demanding prompts the spreading this technique. However, the professional learning has been prevented for some reasons, for example, the complex skill of the surgery procedure. The traditional teaching model cannot display the three-dimensional (3D) anatomical structure of cornea, so we carried out 3D animation teaching model. The new model can vividly show the procedure and corneal anatomical structure, promote the students’ mastery and application of the technique and help to acquire better effect of teaching about SMILE.
