摘要: Bruch膜位于视网膜色素上皮层和脉络膜之间,调节两者间的代谢,维持正常视觉活动。随着年龄增长,其形态结构和组成成分发生变化,导致其功能下降。Bruch膜与某些眼病发生有关,在近视特别是高度近视发生发展中起重要作用。随着眼轴的增长,Bruch膜作为视神经口的内层,向颞侧移位,颞侧缺失形成γ区。眼轴越长,γ区越大,出现黄斑部Bruch膜缺损的可能性越高。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 221-225)

Abstract: Bruch membrane is divided into 5 layers between the pigment epithelium and the choroid, which regulates metabolism between choroid and retinal pigment epithelium to maintaining normal visual function. Its morphology and composition change with age, resulting in the decline of its function. Also, Bruch membrane plays an important role in the occurrence and progress of myopia, especially in high myopia. Bruch membrane opening, as the inner layer of the optic nerve head layers, is shifted in the temporal direction in the process of axial elongation. The lack of Bruch membrane at the temporal disc side is the histological equivalent of the parapapillary gamma zone. Gamma zone enlarges and the prevalence of Bruch membrane defects in the macular region increases with longer axial length. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 221-225)
