超声生物显微镜在晶状体手术中的应用

摘要: 超声生物显微镜(UBM)作为超高频率超声影像检查手段,不受角膜、房水浑浊,瞳孔小等因素的影响,在眼前段尤其是晶状体疾病的诊疗中发挥重要作用。本文就UBM在白内障术前对晶状体核硬度的判断,晶状体脱位手术前、人工晶状体(IOL)睫状沟缝线固定术前、白内障合并青光眼手术前及前房型IOL植入术后,后房型IOL的位置与周围组织的关系,有晶状体眼后房型IOL植入术后安全性分析,手术后并发症原因分析等方面的应用进行综述。UBM在晶状体手术中的应用有利于指导选择手术方式及预见可能发生的并发症并加以防范。

Abstract: As a method  of ultrahigh frequency ultrasonic imaging inspection,  ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) is little influenced by nubecula, aqueous humour opacities, and microcoria, etc. UBM plays a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of anterior segment eyes, especially of the lens diseases. This article will give a general review of the application of UBM to the judging of the lenticular nucleus hardness and the  dislocation of lens before surgery,  before intraocular lens (IOL) ciliary sulcus suture fixation surgery,  before surgery of cataract extraction combined with trabeculectomy,  after anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, the analysis of the relationship between the location of posterior chamber intraocular lens and the surrounding tissues, safety analysis after implantation of phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens, and analysis of the causes of postoperative complication, etc. The application of UBM to lens surgery could help to identify appropriate surgical modality, to foresee and prevent potential complications.
