Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a chronic multisystemic noncaseous necrosis granulomatous disease. The causes of sarcoidosis are still not sure. Ocular disease is a common clinical manifestation. Ocular manifestation may be the initial manifestation in sarcoidosis and may cause severe visual impairment or even blindness. The systemic manifestations must be considered to make a diagnosis. Misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis was often seen in clinic. This review is focusing on the manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular sarcoidosis.
