摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞作为成体干细胞的一种,具备自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的特性,在适当条件下能分化为骨、肌肉、脂肪、神经等多谱系细胞。在不同诱导环境下,骨髓间充质干细胞具有向视网膜神经细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞、光感受器细胞等视网膜细胞分化的潜能,为视网膜疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: As one type of adult stem cells, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have the ability of self\|renewal and multiple differentiation potential which allow them to differentiate to bone, muscle, fat, neuron cells etc. In this review, a general background of BMSCs was summarized, and we also give a brief introduction of how BMSCs could differentiate to retinal neurons, retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor cells in different environment.
