摘要: 代谢组学是研究生物体系受外部刺激或扰动后所产生的内源性代谢物整体及其变化的新兴学科。糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)代谢组学共同特征表现在三大代谢途径及抗坏血酸途径的显著富集,其中d\|葡萄糖、2\|脱氧核糖酸、天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、瓜氨酸、脯氨酸及肉碱含量升高,抗坏血酸、天冬氨酸及谷氨酸含量减少。

Abstract: Metabolomics is an emerging discipline that studies the whole and changes of endogenous metabolites produced by biological systems after external stimuli or disturbances. The common feature of diabetic retinopathy (DR) metabolomics is the significant enrichment of the three major metabolic pathways and the ascorbic acid pathway, including d\|glucose, 2\|deoxyribonate, asparagine, glutamine, arginine, citrulline, and proline and carnitine content increased, ascorbic acid,aspartic acid and glutamic acid content decreased.
