摘要: 简单、快速、高效、非接触、易操作及能够量化前房角结构是闭角型青光眼筛查追求的主要目标。手电筒斜照法、眼球生物学测量法、van Herick检查法、前房角镜检查、超声生物显微镜、眼前段相干光断层扫描、前房角扫描分析仪、Scheimpflug照相技术均有各自的优缺点,临床医生可根据自身情况,选择适合自己的方法,同时也可联合两种或两种以上的方法,提高筛查的敏感性和特异性。(眼科,2012,21:7-10)

Abstract: The ideal screening methods for primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) should be simple, quick, noninvasive and easy-to-perform that aims to quantify the anterior chamber angle. Some methods have been proposed, such as the oblique flashlight test, A-scan ultrasound, van Herick test, gonioscopy, ultrasound biomicroscopy, anterior segment optical coherence tomography, scanning peripheral anterior chamber depth analyzer and Scheimpflug photography although each of them has their advantages and disadvantages. In clinical practice, one may choose a method most appropriate or consider combining two or more methods in order to improve the sensitivity and specificity of screening.
