Abstract: From 2012, the training programs of the post-graduate students with professional degree were reformed in focusing on the clinical fundamental training in the department of Ophthalmology in Beijing Tongren Hospital. In the past, the 2-month ophthalmic centralize course was the main pattern of training for the post-graduate students. And now, the students attended 1-hour morning training course twice every week during the 1st year’s rotation period. Thus the theories could be combined with practice closely, and the students could have deep impression and master the clinical skills rapidly.
