飞秒激光辅助白内障手术透明角膜切口的研究进展

Femtosecond laser assisted clear corneal incision in cataract surgery

摘要: 白内障手术中构造良好的透明角膜切口,可有效预防或减少术后眼内炎等并发症的发生,提升患者视觉质量。飞秒激光通过制作不同位置、角度、长度的多平面、多形状切口提升了切口的稳定性和密闭性,虽然切口形态的重复性和再现性优于角膜刀制作的切口,但与术前预期仍存在差异。飞秒激光制作的角膜切口对术源性散光、角膜内皮细胞凋亡、切口后弹力层脱离及创面重塑的作用仍需更多的临床研究证据。飞秒激光在角膜准确识别定位切口及制作切口的最优参数是未来研究的重点。(国际眼科纵览,2023, 47:126-130)

Abstract: A well-constructed transparent corneal incision during cataract surgery can effectively prevent or reduce postoperative endophthalmitis and other complications, and improve the visual quality of patients. Femtosecond laser can improve the stability and tightness of the incision by making multi-plane and multi-shape incisions with different positions, angles and lengths. Although the reproducibility and reproducibility of the incision morphology are better than those made by corneal knife, there are still differences with preoperative presets. The effect of femtosecond laser made corneal incision on intraoperative astigmatism, corneal endothelial cell apoptosis, Descemet's membrane detachment and wound remodeling still needs more clinical research evidence. How femtosecond laser can accurately identify and locate the incision in the cornea and the optimal parameters for making the incision are still the focus of future research.
