Abstract:

On comprehensive training of junior ophthalmologists, the professional training is important, at the same time to master some basic skills of other departments are necessary. In the process of learning skills, the junior ophthalmologists should have a positive and optimistic attitude. Good communication between doctors and patients is very important. In the doctor-patient communication should not only have a good communication with patients, but also for the families of patients should have a good communication. In addition, scientific research thinking and innovation consciousness of junior ophthalmologists is essential for the innovation and development of ophthalmology.
