Abstract: Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) has less trauma, less postoperative complications and rapid recovery. This article reviews the reform of MIGS in China, as well as the innovation and scientific research achievements of domestic experts on the theoretical mechanism, surgical technology and surgical equipment of MIGS. The current challenges, existing problems and future development direction of MIGS are proposed. (Ophthalmol CHN, 2023, 32: 81-83)
